• Location (City of Publication): Publisher
  • example: Toronto: Jones and Bartlett Publishers
• Usually city (for location) will suffice, if the city name is not unique, then use the province or state or country as appropriate
  • ex. Springfield, Illinois: McNally Publishers (as there are many Springfields).
• Publishers go bigger to smaller. example: University of Alberta, Department of Anthropology
